After the mass shooting, I was invited to speak at the United Nations. By Divine Providence, a fellow Rabbi showed me a speech that he recently found, that was written 33 years before, and edited by The Grand Rabbi Menachem Mendel Schneerson. It was exactly the words I needed to share with the world.
